Documents frequently referenced by our customers and suppliers can be viewed and downloaded in the "Doing Business" section of our website. 

Hot-Rolled Market Price

As previously announced, Cleveland-Cliffs will publish a “Cliffs Hot Rolled Market Price” via letter to all flat-rolled customers on a monthly basis. The price will be published in conjunction with the monthly opening of the Hot Rolled order book. Cliffs may also update this price more frequently as market conditions necessitate.

This document will be posted in our "For Customers" section of the website.

"Doing Business"  is divided into multiple sections:

• The "Overview" section houses links to various portals, such as the Partner Center and Transportation Management Portal.
• The "Contact Sales" section has a form for contacting our various Commercial representatives.
• The "Suppliers" section houses terms and conditions, policies and manuals.
• The "For Customers" section houses price books, surcharges, and terms and conditions of sale.
• The "For Outside Processors" section contains EDI specifications.
• The "Product Compliance/Management System Certification" section contains warranties, safety data sheets, and certifications.
